The guest apartment in Regency House covers the whole lower level of this beautiful house that dates back to Regency Times. Built in 1830, it has a lovely sunny front walled garden with a fountain that is a haven for birds and a fishpond. The suite itself is accessed via 6 front steps down into the spacious accommodation. You will have all the place to yourselves as the owners live abroad.
The beautiful gardens at the front are a wonderful sunny spot for breakfast or lunch. You can sunbathe on the loungers or take your towels down to the beach for a swim on our lovely beach, which never gets busy.
Inside the apartment, there are two good sized bedrooms and a spacious living room for relaxation. You can throw open the French doors and listen to the sea at night.
A well appointed kitchen is available if you like to cook with a comfortable dining area. Walmer and Deal are famous for their seafood, if that is to your taste, and there is a charming Saturday morning market to pick up everything you want to eat or drink.
Relax and enjoy your time here by the sea.
Other things to note
Be sure to close all parasols when they are not attended. The wind can sometimes get gusty from the sea and the umbrellas will break.

The outside space is equally thought out:- beautifully landscaped, with a terrace directly overlooking the sea 200m away, equipped for summer dining and relaxing. Simply amazing. Albeit I stayed in winter for a period of isolation - I will be back with friends to enjoy all the facilities of this lovely apartment and all that Deal and the surrounding areas have to offer.
